Staff that truly cares about residents. Management that truly cares about employees and residents

If I had to choose a down, I would say that at times it can be very hectic, but that is what makes it rewarding.

Fun energetic staff, friendly residents, clean kitchen

Cons

Hires high school students (don't take the job seriously), neglect of residents by RA's (resident assistant), nasty quality of food, rate of pay
