StoryPoint is the first company I’ve ever worked for where I truly feel seen and heard. The level of support from leadership is unmatched—they genuinely want their employees to grow, succeed, and flourish. They prioritize work-life balance, and the culture here is truly contagious… in the best way. 1440!! At first, I wondered if it was just the “rose-colored glasses” of something new, but three months in, StoryPoint has followed through on every promise. Their values and mission are consistently centered around the customer, and it feels incredibly rewarding to be part of a company that holds itself to such high standards.
