Very fun staff at the branches to work with. Well paid

Cons

Managers are not in the office as much as they should be Upper management does not seem to know what it's like to work at the branch level.

Pros

Great benefit package, family plans, dental, vision, etc. Decent salary, and good vacation allowance. The company has good values which is another thing I always admired.

Cons

Did little to help share the work load when management would discontinue certain positions, and expected everyone else to pick up the slack. Management would have favorites and not evaluate all employees fairly. Definitely needs more staff than what they currently have.
