Not a good work life balance, overwhelming amount of work, always short staffed, just exhausted when you leave, horrible insurance, doesnt pay as well as other banks

Very little promoting of good loyal employees, some departments are unwilling to train. They hire outsiders that they don’t know who usually don’t last long rather than training the ones who they already know.
