Completely irresponsible and at best indifferent attitude toward employees.

Communication from Management is non-existent, will hire you under the impression you're doing one job but force you into a job roll you never interviewed for, attendance policy is no unpaid time off regardless of the reason and they do not accept Dr's notes, hostile work environment-they will do everything to get you to quit over firing you. Work is based off of personal preference of your supervisor and not the company handbook. They will micromanage everything you do. You have zero chance at job advancement or a raise.
