Pros

They offer flexibility and work-life balance, great communication from senior leadership, and they care about employees. They also make sure employees have what they need to complete work efficiently.

Cons

Some people in management could be more proactive and better address employee needs and concerns. Not sure about financial security in long term. Compensation is VERY low for some positions.
