Pros

Great benefits and extremely flexible work schedule. ISE is a very small company, so you get to meet everyone from the receptionist to the owner. Most of the employees are great people to work with and push each other to learn and excel.

Cons

The business is focused on a particular market and heavily relies on a single company contracted with a particular business model that does not fit with other business structures.
