Pros

Good work culture, most employees are happy to be there. Everyone is friendly and work well together. Pay is good, and PTO earn rate is fair.

Cons

Things are great with the right manager. One drawback is that you have to use your PTO for holidays, you should have the choice if you want to save your PTO for other time and just take a no-pay day when your office is closed for a holiday.

Pros

I’ve always worked with awesome coworkers and had excellent clinic managers.

Cons

The pay for medical assistance level two and above does not match with the increased prices for cost-of-living and I guess it depends on your department. Upper management is not personable in a sense where you are just looked up as a number or numbers are more important than what IU is supposed to stand for with regards to patient care
