Pros
Overall, I can honestly say this is the best company I've ever had the chance to work for. It may be that particular department I work in, but I work with the most easy going and laid back people I have ever met. Everyone strives to take care of the patient. Management is flexible and understands there are personal/family emergencies, they promote pitch ins to boost morale, they frequently listen to new ideas to change things up. Insurance is tiered on pay which is really nice. They use performance based pay when giving out raises.
Cons
You are limited to IU Health physicians with insurance. Once you go above a pay level your insurance premiums double.
