Pros

I'm a fully remote employee working out of my home and the flexibility I have for personal appointments, family commitments, etc is second to none. The job is fulfilling and the mission of Indigo is respectable and you'll feel like you're making a difference

Cons

The onboarding process is subpar but it was expected since the company is still growing/establishing the processes. Processes themselves with regard to work processes and workflows are incomplete and need to be improved on constantly. There is also a shortage of required software that would automate much of the day to day work that need to be implemented.

Pros

You get a chance to collaborate with a bunch of people and really it feels like you have the ability to learn as much or as little as you want, it's up to you how invested you want to be in your career... and this is a great place for people who are self motivated. Indigo has the resources and support if you take advantage of it

Cons

I think the 'cons' are really dependent on what you are looking for in a company and a 'job'. If you want something established, with years of proven process already established then you probably won't be happy w/Indigo. However, if you want to actually 'build' something and be instrumental in creating these processes and procedures, etc., then you will do great here!
