-Very competitive compensation and benefits package -Challenging, impactful work that is shaping the ag industry -Intelligent, motivated, collaborative team working toward a common goal -Massive potential to be a huge player in the ag space

-Things are moving/shifting quickly all the time, so sometimes there is unintentional ownership overlap on workstreams

-Competitive salary - great benefits -Supportive of my professional growth. Anyone that wants to learn and develop; as long as they contribute, they will grow here at Indigo. -Being part of something bigger -Fast pace -My manager is encouraging, motivating, and genuinely cares about her employees

Cons

While it is a start-up and there are some pains that go along with that. There can be difficult times and decisions. But if you are up to the challenge, this will not deter you.

Poor execution Poor management All negative reviews are correct. Notice how HR only replies to 5 star reviews? This place is where dreams go to die. Very grim. It’s a cemetery where investor money is first lit on fire then buried. They are also having money issues given all they have squandered on highly paid incompetent managers. Just read the rest of the negative reviews. Don’t think you will get all your bonuses either. They are struggling with cash. Most managers don’t care. They just want to collect their salaries and go home. No motivation. Just a dishonest HR/upper management. There are too many flaws for me to list all.
