Pros

Competitive pay, decent benefits, great co-workers

Cons

No clear direction of the business, everything told to you by upper management is all smoke and mirrors with an HR tagline, and the company drastically changed goals every quarter. I was excited about the mission when joining this company, even drank the cool-aid. However, the quicker you realize much of it's a farce, with no substantial business, the faster you can move onto another company.

Pros

mission-driven very smart people genuinely working to make farming better for everyone unique tech meets life science meets farming culture and team open-minded intellectually rigorous

Cons

not for everyone-- intense focus on winning a championship, hard work, environment that forces you to constantly learn and take on new skills prizes intellectual rigor and first principles over experience aversion to incremental approaches operationally and strategically complex need to want to learn and challenge yourself every day culture prides winning over feeling good

Pros

Great people, competitive salary, nice perks

Cons

No direction from upper management, lack of transparency (even though it is one of the company's "core values"), vendors are not paid in a timely manner, positions are created and filled then people are laid off within just a few months
