Not much stability yet as a company or diversity

Zero direction. One day your focus is to do this task, next day forget that and do this, and asking for help on goals is like asking for the unsolved mysteries of the universe. Management will lie to you. A simple question about a program will have to go thru 14 emails and everyone claiming that that is not their area until 30 hrs later you will finally get an answer. They do not pay growers at a timely pace but tell you to tell them otherwise. There are some very smart people that work here but there is zero organization. Nobody knows what anyone else is doing and two ppl will be doing the same task. This is an overall cluster of umbelief.
