Pros

- Exciting place to work where so many people are driven by the mission - Never bored, always busy and meeting a lot of people working cross-functionally - Being provided a healthy lunch 3 days/week, snacks and coffee/Bevi machine - Free gym in the building - Supportive manager who wants to see me succeed and makes an effort to check in (at least) once a week on tasks - Start-up culture values improving on "managing energy" to allow for better work/life balance

Cons

- Little structure with onboarding which comes with being a start-up; and is constantly being improved upon
