Upper management , HR, and accounting are great people and very approachable. My team leader was super smart and incredibly knowledgable

Cons

There were some groups of people that liked to gossip, and some people at the company were difficult to work with and temperamental

Pros

Who doesn't love supporting the mission of helping farmers feed the work? Awesome fast paced start up with great leadership and flexible working culture. Very remote friendly even pre Covid-19.

Cons

People in all different time zones so have to flex a bit for that. Everyone is laid back though so not a huge problem.
