Pros

The company is full of passionate employees working hard to improve the sustainability of agriculture. The leadership at the company is very transparent and keeps everybody aware of company news and priorities. The company is rapidly growing and the onboarding team does a great job of teaching new employees about the company's many offerings and the agriculture industry. The whole team has been very welcoming even though I joined during the pandemic. It has been great to work alongside kind, passionate co-workers on meaningful projects.

Cons

The company is still working towards a shared vision with unified teams.

Keep it on the rails...

Pros

Indigo has excellent compensation and benefits packages. They are truly a fast paced company trying hard to upset the 'Big Ag' industry. I do also believe they are making strides for diversity and inclusion within the company, although there is still much work to be done. If Indigo can 'keep it on the rails' they will truly become THE force to be reckoned with in the industry. It is also safe to say that anyone who works for this company truly believes in their mission and feels lucky to be a part of making those goals become reality.

Cons

With them being a start up and constantly shifting their goals and priorities, there is an undercurrent of job insecurity. Goals are handed down from high up and are generally lofty to meet their expectations for rapid growth which can be discouraging and frustrating for employees.
