Pros

The company is ambitious and innovative and seems to truly care about improving the modern agricultural system. Employees have access to many benefits, such as free lunches and gym reimbursements. There are also a lot of opportunities to develop new skill sets.

Cons

The ambitious nature of the company can bring a lot of pressure, expectations are high and it can be stressful. Employees must adaptable and willing to go beyond the basic requirements of their jobs, which honestly doesn't work for everyone.

Pros

Pay Truck Expense card Bonus(if you meet your goals)

Cons

Everything else.... This is by far the most unstable sales job I’ve ever had. Listen, before you read this let me give you some background on my self. I have always looked to build my career around the Ag industry. I spent my college education on learning the best way to help farmers and play a role in changing agriculture. When I interview with indigo I was very excited to hit the field and tell everyone what a great company I was working for. Ohhhhhhhh was I wrong.... It didn’t take long to start to realize the management they had in place cared nothing about me or how to better help me hit my sales goals. All they care about is making number to make their company look good. I frequently call other account managers to see if I’m the one that’s doing something wrong. Everyone feels the same way. Most account managers try to do what it takes just to stay afloat and not get fired. Job security doesn’t exist as an account manager, even for the senior reps. This company looks good from the outside but on the inside I frequently think they don’t even care about farmers and are just trying to but big numbers out there to sell it to the highest bidder once we go public. If your a cut throat salesman, you might be able to make a big paycheck here. If your the kind of person that wants to do what’s best for farmers... I’d stay away.
