      Pros

      -Competitive salary - great benefits -Supportive of my professional growth. Anyone that wants to learn and develop; as long as they contribute, they will grow here at Indigo. -Being part of something bigger -Fast pace -My manager is encouraging, motivating, and genuinely cares about her employees

      Cons

      While it is a start-up and there are some pains that go along with that. There can be difficult times and decisions. But if you are up to the challenge, this will not deter you.

No micro-managing or unnecessary checking in. - Extremely supportive of my professional development; they do not hold employees back from pursuing their ambitions. People who want to learn, grow, and contribute will thrive here. - So many options for advancement & internal movement - Being part of an industry-disrupting company

      Cons

      - Startup culture can be unpredictable at times. Big changes hit hard and fast. - There is always a level of uncertainty/risk when working for a company that doesn't yet have a stronghold in its industry.

      Very fast pace, long hours, incredible staff, and rewarding.

      Cons

      Not for someone looking for 8-5 and no weekends. Not for someone that does not thrive on fast pace and sudden change in direction.
