      Pros

      My colleagues are some of the best I've had and the company culture is great. You'll get to work with people who are humble, willing to help and intelligent.

      Cons

      Because of the undefined and ever changing nature of the carbon and scope 3 emissions market, products being prioritized for development shift constantly which can be frustrating and hectic.
