The culture at Indigo is exciting and enriching. Everyone is excited about the work they are doing and extremely dedicated. Overall, it is a very positive work environment.

Cons

There is not much transparency from upper management to direct managers/lab members.

Coworkers are collaborative, nice, and helpful. The benefits and salary were more than fair.

Cons

Within a two year window, there were multiple reductions in work force and a furlough. Yet there was little perceived effort to improve morale or attrition rate afterward.
