      They pay a ridiculous amount, but also expect a ridiculous amount without having anything to really sell/market

      Cons

      Everything- literally everything. Every day was something different. The carbon program is an absolute joke. Growers won’t know what their payment is until the spring of 23, very disorganized, I’m shocked they are still in this market.
