      - dogs at the office - cute office - lots of samples to take home - pay was fair - 9-5

      Cons

      - the company had so many executive level changes and overall strategy pivots while I was there.... direction was very unclear

      The pay and flexibility to work from home

      Cons

      This place is a dumpster fire. Layoffs every few months, senior management haven't a clue about what direction they are going in or what they are even trying to sell. It's literally a hot mess. Stay away unless you are desperate. Otherwise you will regret it...quickly.

      Massive lack of direction from Senior Leadership and unproven success model. Leadership continuously fails to meet deadlines on important business decisions that impact company direction. Senior Leadership only concerned about maximizing their personal gain not creating a sustainable business.
