Pros

Worked on a small, tight team Good benefits, nice office

Cons

Unrealistic and ambiguous urgency for deadlines Mission of the company shifted from supporting farmers to developing a marketplace to skim money from the ag system -- not focused on the people at all.

Pros

Employs a wide array of experts in their respective fields. Great benefits.

Cons

Disconnect between leadership and the employees at large. Employees don’t understand what roles and responsibilities are within other teams, or even individuals within the same team, are.
