Pros
I really loved the time I worked at Indigo and worked with some extremely talented people. This is a start-up environment and you have to build the airplane while it's already flying in the air.
Cons
You cannot trust what management says. There was a video sent out earlier in the year from a presentation the CFO conducted. This was after the first round of layoffs this year and he stated that no other jobs would be cut. Well, what do you know, 1-2 months later there was another round of layoffs.
