      Great people bad leadership

      Pros

      This has been one of the most supportive and knowledgeable group of people I’ve worked with, from regular employee to director level! Everyone is super helpful, supportive, and easy going. Good work life balance! Great tech stack!

      Cons

      You might get laid off at any point. I’ve seen people hired and laid off within 3-6 months. We had at least 5-6 layoffs within 1 year.

      Great on paper, but not a great place to work

      Pros

      The people at indigo are some of the most well rounded I’ve ever worked with. The people kept me at indigo, not the company.

      Cons

      Constant changes in the c suite. Unqualified executives. Constant layoffs. Town halls where you never truly get told the state of the business. Current CEO is not great.
