Pros

Great pay and benefits. Ability to work remote is also a plus

Cons

This company tries to be an ag tech company but has no clue what its doing. It seems to keep propping up incompetent people which has lead to wasted time and resources. Senior leadership have a select few who they seem to listen to with some ag experience but their experience is narrow which has lead to some really poor decisions being made. Little to no direction for the past 12 months which has lead to a lot of gatekeeping and people trying to justify their roles which has created a toxic environment.

Pros

Feel good place to work.

Cons

Management did poor job of working with individual contributors on goals and career development. Frequently hires from outside rather than promoting from within.

Pros

Decent pay, but very little transparency from the top down. Change there direction on a week to week basis.

Cons

May not last whether you perform or not. A lot of uncertainty and terrible communication from the top down.
