Pros

You cannot be the mission or the transparency and flexibility. Indigo offers an inclusive and diverse work culture. With premium benefits and career growth. Looking forward to continuing another year here.

Cons

We're growing quickly and there can be lots of shifting and unknowns. If you're okay with navigating where there is limited direction, and lots of autonomy, then great, but if not, you might want to avoid making the move to Indigo.

Pros

The people you meet are great. Everyone that I met was very welcoming and willing to help me with whatever they could. As an intern, my team put a lot of effort into helping me prepare for a future career outside of my technical skills, which I really appreciated. The work was challenging to me, but in a good way. It was nice to be treated like a full time member of the team for a couple months instead of just an intern.

Cons

The company environment is kind of fast paced. To succeed here I think you need to be highly adaptable and willing to go with the flow.
