Innovative. Fast. Cool tech. Great culture. So many other things that make it awesome to work here.

Cons

The new regime of the catered lunch. This has become fanatical about what is served. It used to be a perk but now seems like punishment. Used to have tacos and deli sandwiches and nice things like that often. Now with the push to vegan so often, no meat, meals that are all basically the same in the name of uber-healthy everything, it has become counter productive because we all go to Wendy's for lunch now. Which of course means we are out of the office and eating food that is the worst!. Morale is down due to this - not just in my group .. but across many..
