Employees are narrow minded, although it is a small organization to work with . Nobody minds their own business. Top Management Poor at its peak . HR's - they should really know what it is to be a HR, Bunch of retards. WAy of handling employees are poor . There is no care for the employees. In the name of Work life balance they jus Brainwash employees who are leaving the organization - call it retention strategy! Salary Hike is Worst. No employee can withstand for more than a year in that organization.
