      No timely appraisal Micromanagement Lowest salary Work but no learning No benefits Epfo details they will mention incorrect will face fnf issue at pf claim No fnf on time Worst HRs no support Many more u will see once u join Harrasment They will pip you and force resign Put everything on hold once u left then just beg for your own money

      1. Transparent communications from leadership, ensuring clarity in Goals and Expectations. 2. Remote Cluster Management, Internal Festival Celebrations, and IPL - these kinds of initiatives from the company are very good and helpful. 3. Supporting an employee's situation regarding family/personal issues is very helpful in terms of approving leaves or allowing remote work until the issue is resolved for him/her. 4. Friendly colleagues and company culture is good.

      Cons

      1. A clearer roadmap for career advancement and internal promotions would be helpful. 2. Performance recognition would be helpful if we have team-wise initiatives to boost employee confidence and productivity. 3. Appraisals and hikes are expected to be in market standards as per the individual roles and experience.
