      Work from home is a nice to have in this firm, There are few people who goes beyond their work to help others and organise technical meets events, you just need to find them.

      Cons

      Less salary, Less growth opportunities, HR will ask for immediate resignation without any prior notice, My reporting manager was most chilling guy, approves all my leaves in the month end.
