Work on weekends and late nights but you still get no appreciation, instead you will get more shouting. Give multiple tasks to single person, with no resources.

1) No good projects, only repetitive work 2) Company politics 3) Long-term scenarios are still dicey w.r.t the org 4) Except for the salary you will get NOTHING 5) Last but not least, the unknowledgeable HR dept
