The culture of the company is meritocratic which is good to work, learn and develop ourselves. The dynamic, non-hierarchial and collaborative culture gives us a friendly environment to work without any pressure.

Cons

Coming from a non-technical background and transitioning my designation to data analyst, I was'nt given any training(claiming there is no policy of spoon-feeding employees) and there is no scope for any projects in the company. I was in bench for 8 months and they laid me off but they gave me an initial promise of placing me in any project which they never did. Hence, I would like to say there is no job security. Additionally, there is no budget here, no cab facility, no perks and the allowances are very low.
