I like the process they follow the different sections for attendance, employees details database, IT support etc. They developed the own app the name is IgniteMinds this is awesome for intimate events and different activities. They provide all sections contacts to get help for any section and they respond as soon as possible. They solve any kind of issue as early as possible as per their section. They take action as quickly. The people in Indiumsoft company is kind and good. In future if employee want to switch another domain as per their skills and interview they give the new domain such as frond end, back end, Automation testing, data science etc. The company higher authority people will encourage each employee and ask them everything is fine and need any help. They will conduct every week meeting in that hr and all they will solve any issue if we are facing. The company people and higher authority people talk very friendly.
Cons
The Indiumsoft company give good package for experience and Low package for freshers. (As per their skills and experience)
