Clients they work for. Opportunity to get into a MNC through Indium. Chilled out environment.

Cons

Management is totally oblivious about the technology they work on(for the clients). Human Resource department is absolutely retard. No one cares to follow up or help the employees in any respect, rather they would become more of a pain and ultimately make you leave the company. Hollow talks. No great hikes. Very causal attitude.
