      Overtime given basis project requirement and generally able to get leaves when required. Team outings also planned occasionally.

      Cons

      Less transparency on appraisals and team structures especially where additional responsibilities are given. Need clear feedback.

      Directly interact with Clients. Will get the opportunity to work with multiple domains/clients. will get to know End to End process to obtain the projects from the client.

      Cons

      1) The work is not industry standard. 2) No job security on few technologies 3) Sometimes you feel fear if you don't have any project. 4) As usual politics will play a key role in your growth
