Its good company for fresher if they are not able to land the job in any other companies.Stipend would be less than 4.5 k per month.

1)Less Salary 2)Not good company for experience people 3)Join this company if you are not able to find the job in another companies 4)Mostly they would deploy you in client locations.If the project/contract got over,you will have to back to this company.Then they will try to find the job in another companies.You have to attend the interviews in those companies.They would give three chances for you to get the job in another companies,If you are not able to get through that out of three interview,then they will lay you off 5)They will lay you off if you are sitting on the bench around 60 days
