      Pros

      1.Colleagues and team leaders are very helpful interms of sharing their technical knowledge. 2.Work environment is realy cool. 3.Project members can interact with the clients and developers to clarify their doubts,that is main advantage to gain knowledge. 3.HR policies and leave policies are good.

      Cons

      Rather then night shifts, all things are good here.

      It has been more than 1.6 years working with indium, i am enjoying working with indium, have the flexibility in the work . Managers are very helpful and supportive as I dont face any problem with the managment
