1. Much to learn from the projects, 2. On time salaries (cheers to management) 3. Good company.

Cons

1.no recognition and reasonable appraisal for employees who worship their work, 2. Management is too blind to punish lazy workers who pushes their work to others, who watches movies all the time without working when a task is in progress, who show themselves as good (but actually not).

The coolest to work is indium software . gives you the freedom to wear anything,work in the way you wish.

Cons

Growth scope and hikes are very very low when you work for Indium software. Some of my peers got 0 annual hike as well.
