      Not a good company work for

      Pros

      if the project is done . They will send u out in 10 to 15 days. Al are short time project only 3 to 6 months. they not follow protocol . There is no hierarchy following this company . The HR management is not good . they will divide the salary as variable pay but they wont give it to u at the time . once the project is done they wont give u salary and variable pay .

      Cons

      there is no canteen , thereis no rules following , there is no ID card with pic, please dont join in the company if joined please keep a other offer with u

      Pros

      Nice work life balance. Flexible hours. No one interfere with your work. Good company to join for 1-2 years experience people to get better money and switch again in 1-2 years. They provide chance to work at client's place which help you learn so many things.

      Cons

      Management is worst. Process like ID cards will take more than 6 months to prepare. No cafeteria available. Order food from outside or get your box daily. They still do all the attendance in register after being an IT company, no software for that.
