Company itself is con. In the name of testing they r just playing around. Any one can tell the spelling of a word. They have only spelling errors and call itself a bug. - only 12th pass are working here as Testers ( I mean seriously) - Resources from IT department who configures mail and system, will all of a sudden your Teammate and will start "Testing"( Finding spell mistakes) Pretty sure one day security guard will come inside and will start Testing so called Mobile Apps.

Full politics no carrier Growth, Low Pay, They outsourced projects, People are fired every year to balance the bench resource . Following things only happen at indium 1.Lecturer turns into test analyst , within one year she turns in TL and Next year she turns into Project Manager now she may be in VP(All credits goes to CTO-RK) 2.Resource are forced to move into different location if they refused, they ask resource to put paper immediately(Resource all past records will forget immediately ) 3.Mostly indium will got olny short term project and peopled are hire for that project and fired later once project gets over 4.If a trainee or fresher joined indium means he will get 20000 salary only in next 5 years(From 10k +every year hike 10%) 5.Politics people will go higher & higher without knowing anything(ex-Some of the current project manages) 6. Backdoor process going well in indium chennai & banglore branch headed by Aravind and Vijay sales respectively
