Project managers are not handling the project properly with clients when client ask 10x results with strict deadlines.(Working to hit targets ) no proper satisfaction on working to automate things. No proper appraisals. No clear process & structure. No growth in learning - You will not get time & infra to learn new things (Once you get into project you will mainly work related to project).
