Only issues are with Salaries,Hikes and Pending arrears for Gaming wing
Pros
- Good work culture - There was a time when micro-management is less but it's a different story now. - on one side, it feels like management is trying to set standards but those standards are not applicable to gaming wing.( see the cons) - work life balance is good - HR team is good and responsible ( most of the time ) - They are like bots when it comes to management issues like salaries,hikes.
Cons
They will delay the hikes by 4-6 months and ignore the arrear amounts. They will just say company is in losses. Gives very less hikes. Very low salaries in gaming wing. There is no traditional promotion hike. Promotion is just for name sake. Rewards and recognition is joke. People who get that award are useless, not everyone. Let's say if you join with 4 LPA, you salary will be close to 5.5LPA, if you are lucky after 3 years of service.unnecessarily calling back to office location and that too is Bangalore. How can a family live with 30k with 3 years of experience. There are no standards for salary.
