Pros

Nice work life balance. Flexible hours. No one interfere with your work. Good company to join for 1-2 years experience people to get better money and switch again in 1-2 years. They provide chance to work at client's place which help you learn so many things.

Cons

Management is worst. Process like ID cards will take more than 6 months to prepare. No cafeteria available. Order food from outside or get your box daily. They still do all the attendance in register after being an IT company, no software for that.

Good atmosphere, work culture is good, managers are good but not all leads are good

Cons

it's good for just temporary comany and u need change else there is no growth. Salary not all good.
