      Pros

      Really humble to work in this organization as they will not harm you much. people will provide good support in finishing our task. Managers are providing good support to the subordinates. Good company to work for and learn various testing tools from.

      Nothing related to work but management should focus on work environment

      Pros and indium word doesn't go along. Full of cons only.

      Company itself is con. In the name of testing they r just playing around. Any one can tell the spelling of a word. They have only spelling errors and call itself a bug. - only 12th pass are working here as Testers ( I mean seriously) - Resources from IT department who configures mail and system, will all of a sudden your Teammate and will start "Testing"( Finding spell mistakes) Pretty sure one day security guard will come inside and will start Testing so called Mobile Apps.
