Pros

IIC has best Accounts managers and in-house attorney. They've provided good advocacy for Visa based on constantly changing regulations. I said Hard-working team as they were able to find me projects with minimal to no gaps by working late nights and coordination even during holidays.

Cons

Something they could work on is the cross-communication within the organization.
