30 or 31 or 1st on time salary. Direct clients and MSP module clients Good benefits : 2 leaves per month, 12 Holidays per annum, Healthcare, PF etc Decent incentives. Good work culture. They almost provide what corporate is providing. One of the very fast growing company in USA
