Best guidance over any situation. Healthy and Friendly Environment. Play time is there for indoor games.

Cons

Will pressurize you when you go 2-3 days without submission. Internal Politics. A dumb HR. Who knows nothing. No snacks inside and Permission has to be taken even if you are going for washroom.
