Pros

The owners have a sincere interest in providing a great work environment. They provide incentives to achieve at all levels.

Cons

The server is extremely slow while working off site; this is true while in a hotel or working from the home office, causing less productivity. I think this is an IT issue we could and should solve. I do not think is simply because we have faster speeds at the office. I have mentioned this to our IT guy several times.

Pros

When I gained employment at Industrial Access I actually joined a family. Industrial Access truly values their employees. I enjoy coming to work everyday in such a pleasant environment where respect for others and camaraderie are displayed. All departments work well together to get the job done. It is an honor to be surrounded by many kind and highly skilled individuals.

Desire for stronger PTO accumulation

Pros

You will work nonstop with hardly any down time. You will quickly build up experience on ropes, rigging, and NDT. Great place to cut your teeth and hit the ground running. Personal hotel room!!!

Cons

You will work nonstop with hardly any down time. Your expected to go 3 or more months at a time with no days off, no slowing down and no attitude. Safety is not priority and you will be berated and belittled for pointing out unsafe conditions.
