Pros
The only pro about Infineon is that there is Flexible time available. And for sure the job itself is interesting.
Cons
Kein richtige Pay Scale. Leute die den selben Job haben verdienen nicht gleich. Micromanagement is rife for little things. But then when you actually want a manager to get involved in a dispute or something they've zero interest. So there's a high degree of management involved in the role but then you've got managers emailing if you've done this or sent that.
